You might feel the need to suppress your emotions because no one seems to understand you. What you are feeling is OK. Your anger is OK. Your frustration is OK. We all have our bad days. That doesn’t mean you have to feel that you have to keep it all in. What’s a bad time other than an opportunity to grow, face your demons and come out a happy person? It just means you a human being like the rest of us. Let the anger out in a healthy way. Release the anger within you.

The Anger Room is a small initiative from Hilers to help you release your anger and your frustration. Think of it as a happiness room where you go in and leave your anger. Break whatever you like. Let out your frustration the way you know best, and come out feeling light and happy.
